Noah is the recent recipient of the B.C. Award for Canadian Non-Fiction for the book This Is My Country, What’s Yours?

A prize-winning writer, producer and host of documentaries, Noah worked with BBC Radio for fourteen years before returning to Canada to join the fledgling National Post, where he was the first Books Editor and then a literary columnist.

He has contributed to numerous publications in Britain and Canada including Granta, the Guardian, The Independent and The Daily Telegraph, The Globe and Mail, Maclean’s, Maisonneuve and The Walrus. He was also the host of the CBC’s Richler on Radio and of A Literary Atlas of Canada, the ten-part radio series for CBC’s Ideas based on his research for his recent award-winning book, an examination of Canada’s literary landscape. His most recent work is a contribution to John Hartman Cities.

He lives in Toronto and Nova Scotia.
