Gina Bianchini

Gina Bianchini is the co-founder and CEO of Ning, a Palo Alto, CA-based global platform for people to engage in and experience social networking in a new way. It enables people to participate in and create social Web sites and social networks around the interests and themes they feel passionately about.

Through Ning, people can make new friends, build connections and create a following around the experiences, activities and things that they love. Ning was started with the premise that when people have the freedom to create a new social experience online, uniquely customized for the most important people and interests in their lives with no effort, no cost and infinite choice, the world is a better, more colorful and certainly more interesting place in which to live.

Bianchini holds a B.A. from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Stanford Business School.
