Deborah Devine is a trusted teacher and TV Host of Healing Yoga, an innovative Restorative Yoga series, designed to ease the symptoms of chronic issues for every age and fitness level.

Making Yoga accessible to all ages and all fitness levels, she advocates a gentle and restorative approach to Yoga that everyone can enjoy, regardless of experience or ability.

Students enjoy her unique way of providing modifications and variations through the classes so they can experience all the benefits of the poses, regardless of their physical limitations.

Deborah experienced the healing power of Yoga after dealing with chronic pain and stress-related illnesses. This discovery led her to leave a successful career in sales and marketing to share her unique practice with others dealing with similar challenges.

You can find her teaching workshops throughout the Greater Toronto Area, and at the Carpenter Hospice in Burlington Ontario.
