Charles Hanna started a third-party technology provider in his basement, and built it into a leading service consolidation company with offices across Canada. At the height of his success, he slipped into depression, followed by addiction. In his new book, Higher: Awakening to a more fulfilling life, he describes his descent and the steps he took to discover a new path.
Giving back is critical to Hanna, and so is empowering people to reach a higher level of fulfillment in their lives. A devoted father of three, Charles Hanna gives his attention to a range of charities, including organizations that help with cancer treatment, Canadian artists, and displaced and handicapped people. He divides his time between Toronto and LA.
