Andrew Stark received his PhD in political science from Harvard, and has been a policy advisor in the Prime Minister’s Office, a Guest Scholar at the Brookings Institution, a Fellow at Harvard’s Safra Center for Ethics, a Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, and a Fulbright Senior Research Scholar at Columbia University.
He is the author of four books, including The Consolations of Mortality: Making Sense of Death and The Limits of Medicine, and articles in major publications including Harvard Business Review, The New Republic, The Atlantic, Wall Street Journal and New York Times.
