How do I get into the conference?
Once you have confirmed your purchase, pick up your badge at the Registration Desk at Koerner Hall (273 Bloor St W. Toronto, ON):
- Day 1: Registration opens at 9:00am (for 3-Day and Wednesday passes)
- Day 2: Registration opens at 8:00am (for 2-Day and Thursday passes)
- Day 3: Registration opens at 8:00am (Friday passes)
- Please bring photo ID to pick up your badge!

What is the run time of the conference each day?
- Wednesday from 11:00am to 7:00pm
- Thursday from 10:00am to 8:00pm
- Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm
What are the party details?
Opening Night Party at Casa Loma (1 Austin Terrace, Toronto, ON) (www.casaloma.ca)
Wednesday, June 15 from 7:00 – 10:00 pm
Closing Night Party at the ZoomerPlex (64 Jefferson Ave. Toronto, ON)
Friday, June 17 from 7:00 – 11:00 pm
Please Note: Parties are 19+ events. Student passes do not include access to parties. Party access limited to select attendees. Please refer to the pass you have purchased to determine if party access is included.
What is the best way to get to the parties?
ideacity provides complimentary shuttle buses from Koerner Hall to the opening and closing night parties (and back).
Where can I buy the speakers books? And can I get them signed?
ideacity has a bookstore with all of our speaker’s books for sale! Find the bookstore in the upstairs lobby at Koerner Hall. Schedule will be released several days before the conference and is subject to change.
Is lunch provided at the conference?
Lunch is not provided. We partner with nearby restaurants which offer our ideacity attendees great lunch discounts during the conference. Check back here for details.
Are you giving away prizes? When?
Yes, we have some pretty amazing prizes to give away! Eligible winners must be present during the draw to win.
