It takes 30 hours of training to become a Starbucks Barista, but none at all to work in Canada’s House of Commons. Conservative Political mainstay Preston Manning is working to change this phenomenon by building schools and institutions to teach knowledge, strengthen ethical foundations and increase the capacity for leadership and service in political hopefuls.
