Julie Angus – Adventure and Environmental Stewardship

2011, Environment, Sports & Adventure
Presented By: Julie Angus

Julie Angus had no rowing experience when she decided to pick up the oars and journey across the Atlantic Ocean from mainland to mainland. After one year of training, she and her husband Colin set out to experience the remote and extraordinary environment in a five-month journey that would see them in a near-miss collision course with a freighter, amongst schools of flying fish and in the middle of one of the worst hurricane seasons on record.
