Quagmyre

Quagmyre

Quagmyre is one of Canada’s most exciting Celtic-inspired bands.

Fusing traditional music with contemporary rhythms, fiddle and guitar with bass and percussion, and original vocals and harmonies with stepdancing, their infectious brand of music has garnered attention from the likes of Jesse Cook, The Good Brothers, Susan Aglukark and Michael Burgess.

Two members of Quagmyre, brothers Jon and Nathan Pilatzke, have also toured with the legendary Irish group, the Chieftains, earning performances on Late Night With Conan O’Brien, The Late Show With David Letterman, and the 2003 Nobel Peace Prize Awards in Oslo, Norway.

In 2003, Quagmyre celebrated their debut EP release, Mouth Full of Potatoes.
