Conrad Black Predicts the NDP Will Slip in Quebec

In a recent interview on CBC ideacity alumnus Conrad Black theorized that in the upcoming election the NDP will loose part of their stronghold in Quebec and we will have a minority Conservative government.

In the interview Black also discusses abolishing the senate and the refugee crisis; both topics that are at the forefront of this years election.
